Our onboarding process
Not anyone can become a NOSH Host. We have a rigorous vetting process that ensures that our community of Hosts adhere to our standards of excellence. Each Host is individually selected by our Chief Experience Designer based on the quality of their food, sense of service and genuine personality.
Experienced by us
You’ll find us at the table too. Our core team and advisory panel have personally attended our signature experiences and pop-up events. We do this regularly, before and after our Hosts are onboarded. We know what’s on the menu, what our Hosts’ kitchens look like, and what stories they have up their sleeve.
We’re always looking for ways to make the NOSHtrekker experience more seamless, more personalised and hugely rewarding for both NOSH Trekkers and NOSH Hosts. Our process of continuous improvement is influenced by feedback from our community, advice from industry partners and personal interactions.
We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that all NOSH Hosts and NOSH Trekkers participating in any dining experiences are protected if any unforeseen circumstances might arise.
