Tee up in Sydney’s Southern Highlands with Australian chef Geoff Jansz in this one-of-a-kind golf escape.

For all the golfers and the gourmands in our lives, our Australia team is delighted to bring you a unique golf and culinary experience in Sydney’s Southern Highlands region with Australian celebrity chef and food sage Geoff Jansz.

Our 3-day, 2-night Golf for Gourmands experience is offered through the destination management company, Pacific World, and will give groups of 6 or more the opportunity to play at a championship golf course and dine on exclusive menus created and cooked by Geoff and his culinary team. The combination of fine dining and access to local food and sports personalities ensures that this golfing getaway will be a once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic experience.

As part of the itinerary, golfers will play at the links-style course at Mount Broughton Golf and Country Club and enjoy complimentary use of golf carts and receive tips from local golf professionals. Depending on availability, guests may chance upon the opportunity to meet golf personalities such as Frank Williams, former manager for Greg Norman, or Frank Phillips, twice winner of the Australian Open Golf Championship (1957, 1961) and patron of Mount Broughton Golf and Country Club.

Passionate foodies will gain a greater appreciation for Australian flavours as this experience introduces some of the best produce and wines in the Southern Highlands. Food highlights include an upmarket Australian BBQ after a round of golf, and a private dinner that uses ingredients grown on Geoff’s farm and sourced from the finest suppliers from the Southern Highlands region and beyond. Over the three days, a winemaker will be on-hand to introduce regional wines and a local craft brewer will be available to showcase artisanal beers.

The Southern Highlands is within easy reach of Sydney, Canberra and the Illawarra and is known for its colourful gardens, cool climate wineries and historic landmarks. Full transfers and self-drive options are available for this tour, with walking and shopping activities available for non-golfing guests.

If you’re on the way to Sydney or Canberra with friends and/or family, this is a wonderful bespoke holiday. For more information, you can contact the team at info@noshtrekker.com and we’ll put you in touch with our partners at Pacific World.
