3 Restaurants & Cafes to Add to Your Bangkok Itinerary

The process of designing itineraries and food experiences involves meeting and speaking to a lot of people. We call on our friends, acquaintances and their friends (!) to find interesting nooks and crannies that might not be so readily visible or available.

As we get ready to open in Bangkok in 2019, our friend, Peta from opens her book of recommendations and shares with us three restaurants travellers to Bangkok should consider adding to their food itinerary.

Chef Bo and Chef Dylan are an acclaimed husband and wife duo who are known for their devotion to slow food and food activism, especially around food security.

Bo was presented with the inaugural award for Asia’s Best Female Chef as part of The 50 Best Restaurants in Asia Awards 2013.

Ian Kittichai is the culinary wizard behind Issaya and a couple other restaurants in Bangkok. Imagine having Ian demonstrating one of his dishes and teaching guests how to make an individual item – a take home skill! There’s also history in the house as well as stories to tell with the food and amazing presentation.
